to your iPhone Duo
Use the outer display for a quick note, open Duo for a larger workspace, or prop it on its side with your notes above the keyboard. Your meeting content stays in order as you move between layouts.
Notes linked to your meeting
With optional Calendar access, a new note can use the current meeting’s title, time and attendees.
Automatic to-do markers
Start a line or end a paragraph with *, either handwritten or typed, and Note Buddy automatically flags it as a to-do. Use * Send the proposal or Send the proposal * to mark an action while you take notes.
Summaries and action items
On-device Apple Intelligence can summarise the page and find tasks, owners and due dates on supported devices.
Photos and files in context
Add whiteboards, slides, PDFs and other files. Text recognition makes their contents searchable and useful to the summary.
Private sync between your devices
Your notes sync through private iCloud storage, with companion access on iPad and Mac. ChargeOut cannot access your notes. Handwriting is read-only on Mac.
